• To confirm your reservation, a one night deposit by credit card is required.
• All room rates are double occupancy and do not include the state’s 11.75% lodging tax
• Please do not open windows.
• Normal Check in time is from 4 p.m.-6 p.m.
• Checkout time is 11:00.
• Smoking, Candles, and Pets are not permitted in the house.
• We provide off-street parking for one car per room.
• Guests are responsible for any damages that occur in their room

Early and Late Check In’s welcome with prior notice and done with our Key-less Entry System.  The codes are given by phone and our guests are welcome anytime after 1 p.m. Please contact us at (252) 728-9908 for the codes.  We do not give out the codes until the day before your check in time.


• Extra Guests are welcome when given proper notice. The daily charge is $15 per night and an additional $5 for breakfast each day your guests stay with us.
• For your safety and ours please refrain from going into the kitchen.
• Please treat our home as your home and report any damage/accident as they occur.
• Please do not adjust the upstairs or downstairs thermostats



Cancellations received 7 days or more prior to your stay entitle you to a refund, less a $25 processing fee for daily rates and a 10% processing fee for weekly rates. If less than 7 days is given, and only in the event, we are able to rebook the room, we will issue a gift certificate that is equal to 80% of your deposit. If we are unable to rebook the room, the guest is responsible to pay for the entire period for which the reservation was made.
